For around 70$?

I recently purchased a headset only to be disappointed by all the "white noise" that comes with it. In addition the voice quality is pretty poor.

Any recommendations?

I've always liked the Plantronics line. Simple, easy to use and sync to any phone. I'm using the Plantronics model 340. One button operation for on, off and volume control.
I'd go with Plantronics Voyager 520 for around $42.

Well see I want to buy something that has noise cancellation. I do know that BT headsets must have some form of it but the last two 29$ one's had bad white noise and I could barely hear the person when they had it on. Do you think that is the best one to get?

I have a Plantronics Discovery 925, pretty good, they're crazy cheap on Amazon right now. The charging case you can carry it around in is genius. Noise canceling seems very decent too.

I have a Jawbone Prime that I got got pretty cheap NIB from FS/FT here. It works very well (at least people on the other end of the convo can hear my fine even if I am washing dishes or even vacuuming lol).

I got one of these on Thursday (Amazon) and I've been VERY happy with it so far.
