mem gave a link to a good bios guide but that thread has been eaten so i urge someone mem or others to link their best bios guide.

I need to learn the different settings. I put the link mem gave me as favorite but i had to format my hd cause i got a major virus that i couldnt remove otherwise. My mainboard manual was printed before the bios i now use got published so it doesnt cover it fully.
