...that is, it was never a living thing that has sex.

...or, it was never a living thing that MOVES when it has sex.

...and my ex-wife doesn't count.

If someone wants to have an animal mount them and have sex, and the animal is perfectly willing to do so, I don't see why it should be a crime if nobody is harmed. It may be sick and twisted, but that doesn't mean it should be illegal. On principle, I'm generally against legislating sexual morality.
