There is no "best" for this kind of situation,you can use furmark it will put a lot of stress on your vga while showing you some info temps speeds and so on.
If your vga start to show artifacts or simply crashes than there is a problem.
 
You can run the latest 3dmark and when finished it will show you comparisons to other systems that have similar scores.
