Made FOR....not FROM if you read it that way! 😛

And yes, in the 1700's and 1800's stouts were perscribed to pregnant and breast feeding women because they contained a lot of vitamins and minerals. They were especially high in iron. Only bad thing about them was the actual alcohol in them.

You have HYVEE grocery stores down your way? If so, look there. That's where I get mine. A bit pricy though...$9.00 for 4 18oz bottles.
