Best Battery Charger and...

Thinking of going with the Rayovac 1 hour nimh charger, but noticed a Monster Cable digital charger at 800.com that is mAh Nimh. Which of these is better and are there any others I should be looking at? Also what is the diff between nimh and mAh nimh?

mAh is just the capacity rating a NiMH battery will hold. There was a thread on here earlier today discussing different types of batteries. I believe it was stated that anything over a 1400 rating is pretty good.
