Best Bathroom Cleaner???

It is a job that most of us try to avoid like the plague. I've tried a few but they pretty much suck. Kaboom, 409 and two others. So what product do you use to get your bathroom clean? One general purpose cleaner for tile, bath tub, sink, counter would be great! Maybe I should try one of those portable steam cleaners. /ponder

Simple Green most stuff, CLR for anything with a metal deposit on it, then give everything a quick wiping with a generic Windex to make it shine.

- General purpose cleaner for the sink, counters and the toilet exterior

- Scrubbing Bubbles or Ajax for the tub and shower

- Comet for any deposits on the faucets and shower head

- Toilet bowl cleaner (duh!) for the toilet bowl

- Windex for the mirror

I use Scrubbing Bubbles for the shower, surround, sink, and toilet. Toilet cleaner for the inside of the toilet.

Scrubbing Bubbles is a godsend for the shower. Dissolves soap scum like nothing else.

Shower Power works great for showers...you just have to spray it on and leave it for a few minutes so it has time to eat the scum off....(yum) 😛. CLR will take off the 'crud' that builds up on faucets. (They have a specific kitchen/ bathroom cleaner in addition to the regular CLR).

I wouldn't use anything except Windex (or an equivalent) on mirrors....otherwise you'll get streaking all over the place. If you really want to clean up around the toilet, Clorox Clean-up does well (but it also bleaches your clothes...duh).

Or, if you're really desperate you can always ask your friendly neighborhood janitor. The industrial stuff they 'dilute down' is usually pretty powerful.

Women.

I knew that one was coming. My roommate and I are still looking for some hot girl that will dress up in a french maid outfit and clean. 😉 Until then I guess we are on our own.
