Best Basic/Regular PCI video card

I've been trying to sort through all these PCI-E and blah blah PCI cards, but i figured someone here might know better. My comp only has regular PCI slots so if you have any suggestions on cards, it'd be appreciated. Decent card and decent price. Thanks for any help.
