best Barton settings ?

Hi ,

I have a Barton 2500 in a Lan Party NF2.

My settings that im using todays are 10 x 210 @ 2100 MHz @ 3000+

but ...

I can get it to 3200+ with these settings 12 x 185 @ 2200 MHz @ 3200+

vCore @ 1.75v vDimm @ 2.7v
RAM is @ 6 - 3 - 3 - 2.5 with both settings .

The 3000 settings feel a lot faster tho the cpu is actually running slower .

Which settings are best to run at ? i usually use my system to browse website burn CD's and play DVD's along with the occasional game 😉

Its now at 10 x 215 @ 2150 MHz Prime95 has only been on for 10 mins if it dosent pass prime95 i'll say 🙂

Well a faster FSB indicates better responsiveness in Windows. Applications will run better at higher fsb speed. That's why with overclocking it's better to raise the fsb and lower the multiplier.

I cant get mine to run at 200x11...blue screen and crashes.

However at 195x11 it runs at XP3200 2.15mhz......190x11 XP3200 at 2.08mhz
