Best Barebones dealers??

I think I have all I need but need to replace a MB/CPU/Mem combo

Considered getting a cheap system from one of the big boxes, but they all seem to need to sell me keyboards, speakers etc, that I do not need....

Any suggestions for barebones dealers, that might have good systems at a decent price, or where they might give me more control over what I select?

I have a great box my od system was in, but I think I may rework that with a dead simple MB/CPU and run it as a data server/Backup/Print server for the home, with back up capbilities

Comp Usa, and or Fry's I have never seen deals that good.
