BofA rocks. I've had nothing but impeccable service from them.

I have, however, been banking there since 1987. That might haev something to do with it.

I love USAA. Their customer service puts any other bank to shame, with the exception of BECU. I prefer BECU over USAA for their interest rates, but I haven't been too dependent upon interest rates lately, so I haven't noticed.

My father swears by wells fargo and bank of america.

I use Commerce bank (they suck, I only use them because they have a crap load of ATMS where I live).

None. All banks suck.

Credit Unions offer BETTER FRIENDLIER customer service, FREE services and BETTER RATES.

I love Wells Fargo. Got rid of BofA because they started nickeling and diming me to death. I'm looking for a new bank that has a really good online banking system. I just recently opened an account with suntrust and they're just terrible! Some charges don't even show up as pending charges till 3-4 days after the fact. I like Wells Fargo's system because as soon as I use my card, BAM, it's already on the system as a pending charge.

I'd go with my local credit union but they don't have a checkcard yet. Till they do, they're really out of it for me since I rarely ever write checks.

I am a First Union / Wachovia customer and am very pleased. I have ALL of my money with them - including investment accounts, can manage everything online (great web interface), have a branch nearby with polite and helpful tellers and investment advisors.

Anyway, it's a bank and I want them managing my money not holding my hand and giving me toasters.
