I'm going to move my account because Bank of America no longer gives me free checking, and I was wondering what the best bank in the Seattle area is. It can be national or local, as long as they have free checking and online banking.

Criteria:
Free Checking
Free Online Banking
 
ANY bank other than WaMu. They are currently cutting payroll left and right. THOUSANDS of hard working Americans are joing the ranks of the unemployed! :disgust:
 
BECU, bar none. I will fight any contenders hand to hand to defend this credit union. By far the best financial institution with which I've dealt, ever.
