Best bank in Seattle area?

I'm going to move my account because Bank of America no longer gives me free checking, and I was wondering what the best bank in the Seattle area is. It can be national or local, as long as they have free checking and online banking.

It appears you are correct their loans and lines of credit web site does not list rates.

I would suggest contacting your local WAMU branch for that information.
