Best bang for your buck

I'm building a christmas present for my bro, and I was wondering what video card will give the best performance per dollar in the 125-175 price range. I haven't been following cards lately since i bought my last pc, so I'm a little behind. THanks alot

6600GT if you are into PCI E ...about 170-180$

Get a 6800nu 128mb agp. That would be better performance for future games.
