Best bang for buck video card

Wouldn't the dated 4870 @ $90 AR be the best bang for the buck?

Yes, in the other thread it rated a 0.35, the highest score. If I can get $15 for Just Cause 2, my GTX 460 would be slightly over 0.3

I believe that every other card (and most were using sale prices) scored 0.2X or lower.
