Yes, I'd have to say the XP1800+.
Use pricegrabber.com.

Right now a retail boxed 1800+ is going for $84.
I have a friend who has his overclocked to 2100+.

If you want to pay $27 more get a 1900+ for $111 (retail of course) and overclock it to 2200+.
The reason I am only giving you retail prices is #1 those are the best to get because you get a warranty and #2 the price between the retail/oem is not significant enough right now IMHO.

If you want suggestions on motherboards, ram, heatsinks and fans, etc. just tell me so.

The best value right now is the AGOIA and AROIA XP 1600+ like what they have @ newegg.com, people have been ocing them over 1.8 GHz with only air cooling. Here's a link to that thread: Link.

If you OC.. grab a 1600+ from newegg... 2100+ speeds for $65.. I tossed mine in my MB, cranked it to 166 FSB, didnt even unlock it... 1750Mhz with default voltage.

I agree with the others. Go with the 1600+ and crank up the fsb. You can easily o/c this to 2200+ (1.8Ghz) wiithout unlocking it. Newegg is the deal. :)

Yeah yet another vote for the XP 1600. Recieved an AGOIA 1600 two weeks ago, just started cranking up FSB yesterday and now it's running at 1.54Ghz on a 147FSB (faster than XP 1800). Thing is, it's not even breaking a sweat! Just hope my memory can keep up now.
