Best Bandwidth Monitoring Tool?

I need a small and nifty app which will show the current bandwidth on status bar, and per app basis usage would be welcome too. I use Netbalancer but when I open the app to check usage and all it is really slow, I don't like the UI of the app either. Then there is also Networx, which has a nice UI but it doesn't show the Up and Down speed on status bar. So is there anything else?
