Best backup software?

I recently had a massive failure of my hard drive that I used for backup purposes, but have since restored the files. I have now decided to backup to CDRs now. Now I'm looking for a backup program that I can run every once in a while that will only update the files that need it. In other words, If I backup the "MY Documents" folder, I want it to update only the files that have changed or been added since the last backup.

Anyone know any programs that allows this?

Thanks

Yeah. Ghost is the best backup software. However, I have found that having a second drive and making numerous partitions to be a very effective basic backup system. I keep all my major programs on different partitions then my operating system so that if my main drive crashes, I can reformat and reinstall and have no problems or lost programs. Still, it's good practice and insurance to backup valuable documents or programs to CDs.
