best backup android phone for 1080p video?

im picking up an iPhone 5 on verizon and am thinking of getting a backup phone in case i run into issues. has to be android, take excellent video and not break the bank in $$$. i was thinking of picking up a used galaxy nexus but was wondering if any one had any other suggestions? i currently have a samsung epic 4g(galaxy 1) and it takes decent 720p video.

Uhh... the Galaxy Nexus does not have a good camera. It's pretty much the same sensor in the original Galaxy S and Nexus S from 2010. Avoid.
 
he wants a backup phone... im assuming thats far below the $500 price mark?

droid x2 has a decent camera and is dual core for $150 used....
