My advice has been solicited for a back-up solution for a small business network consisting of maybe a half dozen computers and a server. I think most or all of the computers are running windows 2000. They would prefer to be able to back up the data automatically overnight.
What would be the best ways to do this?
Update with more specifics
There are about 8 GB of data to back up, which the workstations save to the server. They have a copy of Veritas Backup Exec and have been backing up the data every morning and on a 40 GB USB hard drive and taking it home every evening, keeping four full daily backups (of data) on the drive at any given time (all it will hold). They had a second such drive but it is no longer working, and are willing to part with the first drive if another medium is better for long term storage (or purchase another drive).
