Best B85/H87 motherboard?

I'm working on specifying a stock-clocked rig based around the i5-4570, but need some help picking the best motherboard for the price. Obviously I'm not overclocking with the CPU I chose, so Z87 boards (and their added expense) are out. If it helps, this is the configuration I'm working on:

CPU : Core i5-4570
MOBO : ?????
RAM : 2x4GB DDR3-1600 (whichever kit's on sale)
GPU : GTX 760 (will not ever be running SLI)
HDD : WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB
ODD : LG GH24NS95
PSU : Rosewill Capstone-450 / Seasonic G-450 (can't decide)
CASE : Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 (already purchased)

Any advice would be appreciated.

You need to think about the features you want/need, such as HDMI, USB 3.0 headers, SPDIF out, number of PCIe and PCI slots, etc. Just don't get one from the lowest tier, such as Foxconn or ECS, and you have a high chance of getting one that just works, although defective boards still crop up from time-to-time.
