Best Audio mode using PowerDVD & Sansura3D (Santa Cruz) WHICH????????

I just got Toshiba 12x DVD and PowerDVD 3.0 also using Santa Cruz Sound Card.

Now, under PowerDVD's Audio properties. There are 5 menus:

Use Waveout
Use DirectSound
Use SPDIF Output
4 Speaker Output
6 Speaker Output

And When I select DirectSound I get this cool splash screen with music that says Sansura 3D Positional Sound. Now this is from my soundcard Turtle Beach Santa Cruz and under DirectSound I get six more sub choices:

A3D
Directsound 3D
Dolby Surround
QXpander (greyed out though)
Stereo
Dolby Headphone

Now which should I pick?? I'm confused.. Keep in mind this is in PowerDVD menu (with Sansura popping up when clicked to Directsound) I also have 20+ more different modes in Santa Cruz Control Panel itself...

I'm VERY confused.. which mode is the best? Should I stick with PowerDVD modes? or just controll from Santa Cruz..? or it doesn't matter cuz PowerDVD Directsound mode IS Santa Cruz (hence the Sansura3D popup)

I'm confused.. Answer plz..
