depends what features you're looking for.
personally, the audio editing tool with nero works perfect- it has all the cool stuff that i need like fade in/out, shifting around sections and some other nifty tricks.

I'm not sure what you're using it for, but Acid is pretty cool.

Go to www.acidplanet.com It's really more for overlaying multiple tracks, but I think you can edit too.
