🙂I wanna build a fast stable system with DDR ram not much into OC. which is the best chipset etc What does all the gurus think is the best motherboard any links to reviews and websites which have good prices appreciated. Money is not much of limiting factor
 
KT266A chipset is the best one.

I recommend the Asus A7V266-E. I've heard 160Mhz + reports when running that board.
 
The A7V266e is not the only mb that can handle 160mhz fsb... the 8kha+ does it well, too.

I'd go wtih a MB that has a feature set that fits your needs. For a basic, already have your components MB, i'd go with an 8kha+.

I read in tomhardware that sis chipset is pretty good and he had a good opinion about the ecs board based on sis chipset. It is pretty cheap but people here seem to have had problems with the board any opinions
 
I dont know about Epox but I had Epox 8KHA and it's bad .. i'm sad. Now I'm waiting for Abit KG7. Newegg is the best place to buy online!
