best Athlon motherboard

i am about to buy a new athlon system and i need help decieding the motherboard

my cpu will by an amd athlon 1333 c type.

now i think on going on a asus a7v133c but u want ddr memory so then i started thinking about a gigabyte motherbooard the ga7vtx or the ga7dx
so...whats the differance between them and which one is better???
