Best athlon 64 for overclocking

I have pretty much decided on going with the 3200+ and overclocking (probably adding slk948, or possibly coolermaster hyper6 with 2 fans), for everyone hitting 2.5, what stepping are you running and where did you get it from? I would prefer not to go mobile, as I don?t want to deal with problems with motherboard support and heatsink fitting. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I know people seem to think the 3000+ is better, but assuming that you can actualy by a cg 3200+ i would figure the extra cache would make more of a difference at 2400(+or-) then at 2000.

also I am currently running 512 of corsair xms3200 (black heatspreader), and will be going to gig for the new system, should I get another of these, a ddr500+ chip, or two new chips and sell this, as I plan on overclocking.
