What type of board are you going to put it in? I recently bought a AthlonXP 1600+ and saddled it with a monstrous Alpha heatsink. It runs so cool, I o/c it to 1.6Ghz (AthlonXP 1900+)! The only problem with the Alpha heatsink is that you gotta bolt it onto the motherboard, which is alot easier than it sounds. But if you gotta get one with a cleat, go with an SK6, it's the second best heatsink you can buy.

Oh, and don't forget to get some Artic Silver thermal grease!

If you do not care about warranty, get OEM. I use the SK6 coolers on my XP's.
