Best application to convert Real media (rm, ram, etc) to MP3?

Anyone know of any solid good solid applications or softwares that do a good job in converting .ram files to mp3 quality? Would i be sacrificing any quality?

You can find many different converters here. You may have to go Real to WAV to MP3. And yes, any time you go from one lossy format to another, you will lose quality.
