Slim Pickings this year but I liked the Budweiser Commercial at the bar with guy giving his friend pickup lines the best.

Worst, Etrade.

What were yours?

The robot battle refrigerator or the satin sheets. Either way, it seems the beer commercials are the best this year.

I completely agree with you, Texmaster. The Budweiser commercial was great... the E-trade was awful.

I'd give honorable mention to the battle-bot bud light commercial too. :D

I like the Barry Bonds/Hank Aaron commercial. But other than that, it's the beer commercials. Which kinda sucks since I don't drink. :(

I agree with Texmaster and Desturel.

The commercial with Barry Bonds and Hank Arron was the best though.

Some of the commercials are OK, but by far the worst one is the one linking drug use with supporting terrorism. I find it insulting and offensive. Here is the US, which does next to nothing to help people addicted to drugs except for to lock them up in prison paying millions to make an ad that blames terrorism on the drug users. The US gives billions of dollars to fund Columbian para-military groups to terrorize Columbian farmers who can't make a profit on normal crops because we subsidize our farmers so they can sell it for less. The US is by far the leading terrorist group in the world amd also funds most of the other terror causing nations, evidenced by United Nations and World Court reports on US or US sponsored countries actions in Turkey, East Timor, palestine, Southeast Asia, hald the countries in South and Central America, and other places. If anything the ad should say that if you are US taxpayer, then you are putting money in terrorists pockets.

Sorry for this rambling post, but I've been reading Noam Chomsky, and those ads really pissed me off.

Agreed on the drug ad. I didn't know where they were going with it at first, but by the end it just seemed tasteless.

I liked the 1984 comercial. The one where the athlete throws a sledgehammer through Big Brother.

I hated that commercial. I don't know why they even wasted the $2,000,000-$4,000,000 on it. My favorite though was either the Hank Arron/Barry Bonds one or the bud light battlebots one :D

Mlife rocked!! It left you hanging on what they were advertising, and it kept getting more interesting and interesting. The Bud ones were good, except the one where they have the 'This Bud's For You' song. Didn't like the terrorism one either.

BTW, just remembered, I LOVED the Nestle Iced Tea one in the beginning.

Too bad that those funny commercials have to be made by companies who couldn't make decent beer if it slapped them in the face.

I think this was an extra boring Superbowl this year.. The Pepsi ads were boring.. no innovation from the beer people.. Mlife totally sucked ass - I will make sure never to do anything with mlife ever because of that..

the ads WERE NOT FUNNY.. except for a few. like the one with the Texan in the bar.. that was funny.

I liked the beer ones, the hank aaron & bonds ad, and the levi's jeans one (the guy dancing)
