It's not so much his voice that's amazing (although it's good, in my opinion) as it is his elocution and delivery. In terms of delivery, diction, and elocution, he makes the list in addition to George Takei, Sam Donaldson, Morgan Freeman, Kevin Spacey, and myself, in fact. I consider myself to have a very unique delivery.
 
How can you make a list of great speaking voices and not have Morgan Freeman on it?

Oh, yes, I like his voice too. Very clipped and full of character. Among African-Americans, better than those black tough guys that shout and swear all the time a la Samuel L. Jackson in my opinion. And I still rather like Jackson's voice. Just goes to show.
