Best and Worst RMA experiances?

Story time, share your best and worst RMA experiences!

Best: EVGA
-RMA for my 670
-Contacted them and got a shipping label within 1 hour of calling
-They sent a new 670 with 1 day shipping to my house
-Returned my 670 right after I received a new one
-Overall RMA was done in under 2 days, and I was never without my card


Worst: Corsair
-Contacted them for an RMA for my headset, got an RMA number and tracking info within 5 hours
-They made my pay for shipping
-Upon receiving my item, took 10 days to process the RMA to return the headset to me. (Probably would have taken longer had I not complained.)
-Overall RMA time was a little over 2 weeks.

Best: Logitech
Complained them that my nearly 3 years old Logitech Illuminated had a broken E-key cap and a somewhat unresponsive CTRL plus some wear and tear like paint having chipped off. (The keyboard is covered by 3 year warranty.) No questions asked, they sent me a new keyboard which I got within a few days. Logitech is awesome.

"Worst": Seasonic
Wasn't bad, it was OK. These are the only two RMA's I've had to do directly with the manufacturer. I had to pay the shipping there for the dead X650, they paid the shipping back and I got my new PSU within about a week. They sent back a brand new X660 which was fine by me. I just wish they'd told me they were shipping a different SKU.

I had to pay for "swap shipping" where they send me a new one before they receive the broken one, but I got the new PSU in a bout a week. Note the term new.

Worst: Gigabyte
No one there speaks English...period. They kept sending me refurbished boards when I bought a new one. After 4 times of me saying I want a NEW board because that is what I bought, they FINALLY sent me a new board. Took a month and a half. Garbage!

Best in General: New Egg.

Worst: ViewSonic.

21" Monitor died after few months. I emailed them the NewEgg sale proof and got an RMA.

It got to there shop and one of the irrelevant stickers (there was three stickers on the back) was missing.

Not only that they refuse to take care of it (because of the missing sticker), they demanded that I'll pay to ship it back to me.
