Monoprice. I normally don't order from American sites because of exchange, customs etc, but they are so cheap there that it makes it worth it. I sometimes do Amazon but because of all the 3rd party sellers you don't know what you're getting, sometimes it's fake, or low quality etc so I tend to limit that for smaller orders. So far I've been lucky. I try to buy the ones that are from Amazon Basics, I'm pretty sure those come from Amazon itself and not 3rd party and so far they've been pretty good.

Oh and there is Prime Cables too (https://www.primecables.ca/) I always forget about that one actually. I'll probably end up ordering from there instead of Monoprice next time I need a lot of cables.

Often enough, not the worst b&m choice if you're east coast and don't have a Fry's. The prices for some things aren't the worst, and the 'puter accessories selection beats Staples and Best Buy by a mile.

If I need an emergency cable I will go to MC and then order the cable off of Monoprice, and then return the cable to MC once the monoprice one shows up. Last time I did this I needed a USB A to C cable and the cheapest one at MC was $30.

Yeah, Monoprice is the right way to go.

I'd recommend avoiding 3rd party Amazon sellers, since the chance of you getting a knock off product that can damage your device is pretty high. Nothing wrong with the Amazon Basics cables, though.

If you need something from a B&M store, Walmart tends to have better prices than a Best Buy or your local "friendly" cell phone store.
