Whats the best and fast anonymous web proxy program?

I wanta program/service that'll cloak my web surfing and needs to be fast...


ive used a couple free ones and they're super slow
 
With a seventy-one post account and another nublar getting banned just recently, I'll bet that you're planning on escaping a ban.
 
I was watching G4 TV a few months back and they did a spot about a proxy-hopping program called Steganos. It looked pretty cool. You can set it to where you proxy hop every 1 second. The guy doing the spot went to one of those 'what's my ip address' sites with the program running, and sure enough, every second when he hit the refresh button, his ip address changed. It's not a free program though.
