Best and cheapest ps for amd athlonxp 1700?

Right now, i'm convinced to get the ECS K7S5A w/ (OEM) Athlon XP 1700+ for $159 @ frys. I've also decided on a volcano6 for cooler but have no idea what to get for a ps. The mobo and volcano6 are on amds approved list, but i can't find any approved ps for an xp1700 that are under $40...

Does anyone have any reccomendations or objections for me?
