Try newegg.com or mwave.com for starters, also try pricewatch.com to find one cheap componet and see if the site will be overall cheaper when adding them up.

As was said, check around with Newegg, MWave, TCWO and others. Keep in mind the shipping costs.

Pricewatch is a good place to look at but keep in mind that many vendors play the "pricewatch game", meaning that they list a very low price for a part in order to show up high in the pricewatch list, but then rape you with the shipping costs.

excellent advice all around. i always start with pricewatch to get an idea of how much i should be paying, then check out newegg, to see how much they want. if its too much more, i go back to pricewatch and www.resellerratings.com and find the next best price from a vendor that has a decent reputation.

newegg, mwave, buy.com, axiontech.com, computers4sure (they rip you a new one with there prices AND shipping!)...
stay away from emscomputing.com! They are horrible! but the first 4 i recommend in that order.

My only complaint with newegg is that they are always out of stock with whatever i want to buy lol. I guess that's a good thing for newegg.

the best is never the cheapest and vice versa
but newegg comes pretty close to both of those

NewEgg
GoogleGear
TCWO

The only three vendors I utilize, if I can help it :) NewEgg most of the time, but Google is good for retail box processors and various other items. TCWO is a good buy for bulk because of the low shipping.
