Best AMD video card around 40-45 watts?

don't waste your time with these cards, better find a 7750 GDDR5, or if you can afford a gtx 750 ti.

even better, give up this 45w limit and buy a much better performance/$ card.

7750 crushes every card other than 7790 in gaming perf/w too.
 
7750 if you're sticking to your power slot; only thing that comes close to gaming perf/w is 7790.....

750 ti is awesome card until you come to price....then no; not compaired to 7750 passive or 7790....
 
Nothing beats a 7750(55 watts) if you are only interested in AMD.However if you are open to other suggestions than Gtx 750(60W) is an amazing performance/watt card.If you want something even cheaper the Gt 640(45W) is also a good option.
