I just got an Asus A7Pro for my work comp and I gotta say I'm really loving it.. NO problems at all, and seems very quick! I have a T-Bird 900 in it.
it's cheaper than most because it only has ATA/66 and other things to make it a step down from the A7V, but I really like it, it's great for me, no onboard sound or video, but it's all good!
 
Get a good brand KT133A-based chipset, your 1.2 Ghz T-bird will thank you, then you'll thank her, then you'll thank me, then you'll thank yourself, then you'll be happy, then you'll... 😉
