im runnin an ECS KN1 SLI LITE.....its ok for a 939 and it was SLI capabilities
 
Asus & MSI both also make some very nice boards, DFI is the king of extreme overclocking but wouldn't be my first choice unless that was my main concern especially for somone who isn't very experienced building systems.

The main questions we need answered are budget, socket type & wether or not you plan on SLI/Crossfire down the road to make a more specific suggestion.
