Intel or AMD? That is the question. :)
Hehe.

DDR or no DDR?

Asus A7V133 for SDRAM, Asus A7M266 for DDR RAM.

Well I would go with the new Gigabyte GA-7DXR or Epox EP-8K7A they are both good boards and are rock solid.

What they got?

GA-7DXR
5PCI
1AMR *not shared*
1AGP
3 DDR DIMMs <--- first one to have these many.
onboard RAID/sound
and ofcourse other usual stuff

EP-8K7A
6PCI
1AGP
2 DDR DIMMs
other usual stuff

Firstly, the A7M266 is selling for an outrageous price due to its limited quantity. The Epox 8K7A is an awesome DDR motherboard. You can't go wrong with any of the current motherboards that sport the AMD 761 Northbridge. Since they all use the same chipset, they perform pretty much the same. Some motherboards such as the Asus A7M266 do not allow for multiplier adjustment, while the 8K7A does.
