Best AM2 heatsink?

What is currently the best AM2 heatsink? i will be using it on a 7750 Kuma, want max OC i can obtain on air. Have not built computer yet so i dont care if i need to remove the mobo for installation 🙂 Would prefer one light enough it does not bend the motherboard. Will probably be using the mATX biostar 790/750 board unless i spring for a new case. Thanks!
 
thermalright ultra 120, noctua NH-U12P, Xigmatek 1283/1284.. whatever. you have your pick of 120mm heat towers.
