Best air Flow for a WC Corsair 750D?

I will have a 360 rad up top pulling air in thre the raid, a 280 rad in the front pulling air threw the raid and fianly a 240 or a 280 rad if i can make it fit ( have a 1350 watt psu so it may be to tight will have to see) on the bottom pushing air threw the raid out the bottom of the case.

That leaves me with one more air exit or entry at the rear of the case.
with all of the hot air going into the case I thought it may be better to use ther rear 140mm fan to draw air into the case instead of pulling it out.

This may help to keep my MB and ram cooler?

I would of pulled air threw the bottom but want to try and keep as much dust off the raid as I can and there is no filter on the bottom other than for the PSU.

Any thoughts on what way I should place the rear fan?

Honestly the "hot" air from the intake isn't that hot. I'd still set the rear fan as in intake just for positive pressure.
