Ok my Question is which one is the best cooling system available. I tried Thermaltake Volcano 12. It is good but at 5500 rpm it is noisey. I heard Zalman's are known for their quiteness. I want the one who can bring my CPU Temp from 50c--60c to down unders 45c

Well you can't get the best unless your willing to deal with noise (SP-97 w/ 92mm Tornado). In your case I recommend the Zalman heatsink/fan combo. Get the aluminum and copper one. Copper really isn't that much more efficent at heat spreading than aluminum like people think.

OOPS! I did't notice you were running 64-bit. Check to make sure what you get is K8 compatable.

I second that. Add a 120mm panaflo L1A or M1A.

Thank you all for your information. I just checked Thermaltake Volcano 12 it is really cheap as compare to the others and have nice features it is selling for $22.
But stock heatsink and fan are very nice also.
