BEST Air CPU Cooler?? 1X4GB or 2X2GB?

Hi, my build is

ANTEC 900 with 3x THERMALTAKE ULTRA-QUIET CASE FANS
Intel Q6600 with OCZ Ultra 5+ Silver Thermal Compound
Western Digital 150GB 10 k RPM Raptor
Asus P5K-E Core 2 Quad Motherboard
Creative Labs Sound Blaster X-Fi Platinum Fatal1ty Champion Series Sound Card
eVGA 8800GT 650 Mhz Superclocked 512MB 2DVI/HDCP PCI-Express Video Card
Rosewill 750 Watt PS

Planning to OVERCLOCK Quad processor to 3.4 GHz or so.
Total of 5x 120mm fans and 1x 200 mm fan as of right now.
What Processor cooler should i buy for this ?
Would it be easy to set up? I just dont want to mess up the other stuff on this PC..im getting this build by some other people...so dont want to void the warranty on it.

Any recommendations on cheap, efficient overclockable RAM ??

You have a couple of problems that are showing right now, which may be cleared with more info.

1. Warranties are only good with provided proof of purchase date receipt. (unless you have an awesome manufacturer)

2. Overclocking voids warranties

Most of the really good CPU coolers are heavy, so they come with plate that mounts on the underside of your motherboard. This keeps the motherboard from bending from the weight when the PC is upright and ensures solid contact between the cooler and the cpu. The downside to this is that these coolers require you to remove the motherboard to install the cooler.

Physically damaged hardware by the end user is not covered under this warranty.

If you over clock it and break it, you (the end user) have physically damaged your hardware.

This post should be moved to the right forum. Anyway I use the enzotech ultra-x hsf on my c2d systems and it works very well however it isn't cheap and space around the socket is critical to mount this or any other large hsf.
