Best AIB (Add-In Board) maker for ATi X850 XT PE?

I was looking at Sapphire Technologies as they look like a good AIB since as I've read they make the majority of ATi's boards and I haven't heard too many complaints from them. But what about other AIBs. Any others worth noting? I saw ASUS also makes an x850 xt pe but im wondering why is that one almost $200 more than the Sapphire? The design can't be THAT different to warrant that large of a price gap... Thanks in advance for feedback.

BTW, heres the ASUS x850: http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=324536

And the Sapphire:http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=320831

they claim they can get a NEGATIVE 11 degrees celcius on that card? Yea, ill belive that when (no pun intended) hell freezes over heh... Anyone else?

To add to my previous post. You can get a cooler that is very similar to the HIS one:

But I think that you would void the warranty if you were to apply the cooler. Don't take my word on that, but look into it. And I would assume that using OCing utility wouldn't void the warranty. And it probably automatically stops you form exceeding temperatures that are too hot.
