best agp for $150

my 9600xt died on me last week and in the process of replacing it. any good suggestions? also does 256mb make a large difference from 128?

u should be able to find a used 6800 for that much

Or a 6800 LE if you dont mind unlocking pipes

If you get lucky you may find a 6800nu

6600GT is the best retail card around that price. 6800 is better, but only if you find ones that low. Sometimes, you can find clearance reburbs at ATi. Some x800 pros were going for 180, if you're willing to shell out 30 more.

6800 NU, and if you unlock its pipes and overclock it, it can be nearly as fast as a 6800gt.

256 over 128mb ram doesn't make a huge difference. But I'd go for it if you can find a good deal on a radeon x800pro 256mb.
