Best affordable WiFi router that supports PoE?

Can you guys help me with this? Also, will I need a network card that supports PoE, or some type of PoE injector?
 
POE is just the method of power supply to the unit, all the rest of the Network components are the same (no need) for special cards etc.

I am not aware of Entry Level Router with POE (in entry level devices it is more of an Access Point feature). You can find POE Routers among the more expensive Pro devices.

Laying a line to the location would be probably less expensive that buying an expensive Router and Injector (Injector is the power supply unit that inject the DC power over the Network Cable to the device).
