Best adhesive to stick wire to metal frame?

I cut the cord recently and need to hide the wire running from my window antenna to my tv. I'll use cable nail caps for most of the job but need to secure the cable to the window's frame (black metal, aluminum?). I'm ok if it's semi permanent, so glue's fine. What didn't work so far: double sided tape, crazy glue, glue gun.

Hows the adhesive on them? While the window frames porous I'm still having a hard time getting a good grip (hardcore double sided tape lasted a few days)

these stick to drywall pretty good and will actually cover/hide your antenna cable...

I'd use hot glue or silicone caulk.
