I've been listening to the acoustic version of everlong(foo fighters) many, many times over. I think this has to be the best acoustic rendition of a song. Every time i listen to it i get shivers man!

That's the first thing that came to mind for me. I'd almost consider it a different song entirely from the original. Completely different moods/emotions in the two versions.

the same, but I don't quite like the unplugged version. sure, it's a good song to listen to, but it's just not the same.

I love acoustic renditions. I don't even know what I could possibly say as my favorite.
10 years - Wasteland acoustic is awesome. It's got a cool intro, and the entire song just sounds excellent
Mad at Gravity - Burn acoustic is great
Cold - Just got Wicked acoustic is another favorite of mine.

I really liked the accoustic version of STP-Plush. As well as Oasis-Wonderwall...

There are a couple of others that were really good. My favorite band was always DMB, and most of their stuff was already somewhat accoustic, but even more some on the Dave & Tim tours.
