Best 939 Processor (3000+, 3200+, or 3500+)

I am currently building me a new system for gaming. So far I have got these pieces.


OC System PC3000 2x512 (1 GB duel channel set)
Gigabyte GA-K8NS Ultra-939
Seagate SATA 120 GB Hard Drive w/8 MB cache
Generic 550 Watt Power Supply
Visiontek Xtasy 9800 Pro 128 MB (Oc'd to 450/750)

No all I need is a cpu. I am on a limmited budget so I want the best cpu for the money. I can overclock to the limitations of my RAM so any suggestions would be appriciated.

.13 micron 3500+ are going for about $270 these days, retail, shipped. That is the best bang for the buck if you ask me, but if that's a bit steep, I hear the 2800+ and 3000+ are pretty solid overclockers.

You might even consider awaitng nForce 4.

Why not suggest one of the 90nm chips. I hear they are faster and cooler that the .13 mic chips.

What do you think? You're in a software forum asking about hardware. There are a couple other forums you should be posting in before this one (cpu's, gen hardware...).

Although, considering that you've made the exact same post twice in this forum I'd be willing to bet you've already spammed the other ones too.
