Best 939 pci-e mobo besides the dfi

My second dfi died on me last night for no reason at all and im goingto need a new mobo. I need a 939 pci-e mobo, preferable something with good voltage options (heard the 939 fatality was good). Im Need either a board with good voltage options or a board that clocks well but needs something like tccd ram paired up with it (looking for combos here). Price isnt too much of an issue but as always best bang for the buck would be appreciated.

I'd like to know how you killed 2 DFI boards. If you don't plan on making a warranty claim, send the board to me. I'll bet I can bring it back to life. Something else just isn't right on your system.

No, its the 5 volt rail. Its a known problem with the dfi's. It will be going back for an rma for sure and then straight for sale. This one lasted me only 3 weeks.

My board died as well and I never even used the jumper for the 4v dimm. I replaced it with an Epox ep-9npa+ Ultra and couldn't be happier. I have had the board up to 340 HTT. It has 3.1v dimm, 1.95v core. It's a great board and has gotten excellent reviews and user feedback.
The DFI's are POS's in my opinion. Good for a few uber OC's and that's about it, not a good board to use for any length of time. Like I said, mine died suddenly under normal everyday use.

Since were on this topic, what warranty does DFI have. Ive been on their site before and never even seen any RMA info. nor even any warranty info. Alot of sites list it as 1 year. Some people say it has 3 year. Which is it?

Good review. Shows the EPox in 2nd place in the overclockability arena. Of course it varies from board to board. My Epox OCs much better than either of my DFI boards did.

What's the 5V Known DFI problem ??

I've got one of the 1st Ultra-D's from ZZF back in January still running .. 24/7 It's a Linux server..
The other Ultra-D has been running since the midle of March, w/ not a single problem..

Regards,
Jose

same here, my Dfi ultra d is rock solid and i love it

Man I've been telling people for months that Epox is nice. Get the 9npa+ or 9npa SLI, best overall NF4, and one of the cheapest, you can't go wrong!

I second that!.
The 9NPA+ is a superb motherboard with unbeatable value!

Yeah, very good experience with that board as well.

EPoX 9NPA+ Ultra, hands down. I have built three systems around it in the last month. Very trouble free and highly overclockable. No bad habits.
